Responsibilities:
Position Description: The Onboarding Analyst will be responsible for making sure all sellers and their direct reports are correctly set up in all applications. Analyst will work closely with Mangers and Directors in the ABS Organization as well as the Compensation team and various other Roles and Responsibilities • Ability to independently handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously and be able to prioritize those tasks is a must. • Develop and deliver proactive communications and training to field when needed. • Drive issue research and resolution. • Develop and implement new reports and process improvements from an analysis perspective to drive desired behavior and performance against key business metrics. • Assist in special projects assigned by supervisor or other duties as assigned by management. • Assist Operations manager with planning and tool development, updates, and distributions. • Manage day to day process documentation for updates
