Need two resources to do upgrade from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 and 2008. Candidates must have done at lease two migrations/upgrades in the past and recently. There are 80 servers to upgrade initially and the people will not be migrating the applications at all. This is done by a different team. Should have minimally 5 yrs experience to be presented and I would like to have at least 6 consultants to present. They will need to wear a blazer as a minimum on the interview. Dress code on the job is dress slacks and buttton downs tucked in with proper shoes. So these folks are just doing the basic upgrade with the boxes, no apps.
There will be phone screens first then face to faces. Let's nail these!!!
Each candidate has to be met and must be professional, clean cut and very well spoken as they will be interfacing with the users and will represent KBS. The start is July 15th or so
