Job Description:

As a Product Developer your goal is to drive new revenue from innovative services leveraging the latest Voice over IP technology. To be successful you must understand how to lead people from all departments of AT&T. You will be matrix managing project managers and subject matter experts from network operations, customer facing operations, business marketing, finance, IT, process engineering, and AT&T Labs. As the neutral arbiter between different organizations you must have the character to lead to the best result, the strength of will to persevere and you must delight in the daily problem solving challenges that your team will encounter. You must have an ability to understand people, their behavior, their motives and be able to draw team members forward to be open and clever about possible solutions.
Candidates should have extensive experience in project leadership and must have a successful history of demonstrating success on multi-million dollar projects through a style of proactive planning. This is not a back-seat or wall-flower job. This is a "lead loud" position.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization, leadership and negotiation skills
Technical knowledge and skills in VoIP/Data/IP communications technologies
Operational process design
Previous experience in management of large, complex, multi-faceted projects
Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools

REQUIRED SKILLS:
PMI and/or PMP certification
Actual hire/fire experience
Master’s degree in a business or technical
