Assist in providing dedicated support to AT&Ts largest customer. Support includes but not limited to: new business / rates implementation, receive and review invoice data from various sources, review and implementation of custom billing solutions, agility and innovation to produce timely and accurate invoicing. collections and disputes support to include root cause analysis and proactive approach to correction of billing errors
