Network Engineers are responsible for automation and rules management, process management, project management and system/tool responsibilities.

Candidate will manage tickets. That will include taking escalation calls and making follow-up calls to our Local providers and providing updates to our internal customers.

In addition they will be using our ticketing system, along with other tools to decide next steps towards resolution of customer troubles.
