High Level Job Description: To help with strategic operations planning in a multiple offshore vendor environment. The consultant would help the Technology leadership in assessing the offshore operations and device a longer term operations roadmap.

Job Description: This is a part time position, roughly 8 hours a week. Work will be remote and can be in the evenings but the contractor must be local to the Chicago area, and if they have a day job, they must work close to or downtown, as they will need to attend occasional meetings at 227 W Monroe in the late afternoons, early evenings.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years – Setting up Offshore Organizations and Operations.
