Responsibilities:

Acquistion/Merger Integration Project Description: Support merger integration efforts in 2009, including Centennial Wireless and the Verizon/Alltel divested properties. Plus assist the Chief of Staff on internal improvement projects within the Consumer Supply Chain. The Chief of Staff will remain the primary lead on all acquisition efforts given his leadership of and involvement in recent merger integrations, including Dobson, Edge Wireless, and Verizon/Rural Cellular. The suggested nine-month term will cover us through the Centennial go-live in November 2009 as well as the close of the Verizon/Alltel deal and the completion of its integration planning. We can assess whether the resource is required to help us get through go-live for the Verizon/Alltel markets, which may not be until Q210.
